Psoriasis joining together

My guttate psoriasis spots have officially joined together, and I have just come to this realization today. I have been monitoring the progress of my psoriasis outbreaks by taking photos, and certainly did not expect to capture the joining of my largest outbreak. Currently, I break out most on my torso. I fear that the surrounding two spots will also join with each other, since the spots have only been getting worse.

The three photographs shown below are of my psoriasis over three months. I will admit, I do not apply my prescription cream religiously. (I use Taro-Mometasone Cream (Mometasone Furoate, 0.1%). The first photo demonstrates my spots that have been lightened by my prescription cream containing steroid medicines. The last two photos were taken during a time where I did use the prescription cream occasionally, but not as often as I did in the first photo. When I use the cream more often, the difference in appearance is evident by the change in lightness of the spots, but I still find the cream uncomfortable enough to not use as often.
